Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

1. ATMOS Inc. reserves the right to refuse any goods which do not comply with the RMA procedures and conditions.

2. If goods arrive damaged, tampered with or modified in any way, they will be returned as delivered, at your expense.

3.  If goods returned do not match our serial number database, they will be returned at your expense.

4. ATMOS must be notified within 2-business days of receipt of any goods returned to customer that have been damaged.

5. A $75.00 disinfection fee will apply to all devices received without proper disinfection.

GOOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

​

    1. RMA number is not visible on the outside of the box. 

    2. Goods improperly packaged. 

    3. RMA form not completed fully and enclosed with the item. 

    4. If the above “RMA Procedure” has not been followed fully. 

    5. If the product and accessories have not been cleaned or contains any contaminated liquids or solids.
